I have been charged twice on my card for apps on iTunes, I have not downloaded anything and I do not share my iTunes account. My Bank has asked that I call .

If I have no response it will be reported as fraud. What do I do next ?

If they show on your iTunes account's purchase history you contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

If they don't, and if they aren't : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support, you contact the card issuer
