from about two days or more i can’t download or update my apps every time I try i get the “verification required “ message and it automatically sends me to “manage payments “ . I checked if i didn’t payed anything and it appears I didn’t payed for 1 app that i’m sure i payed for I even got a message from iTunes that i did and i was charged idk why in appstore it’s said that I didn’t.
What exactly are you seeing ? If it shows as 'pending' on the account's purchase history iTunes hasn't received the money for it - you may still have received the emailed receipt for it, but the card payment may not have been successfully received.
