I am having a problem getting my voice memos from my iPhone 6s to my MacBook Pro 2017. They are perfectly synced from my phone to my iPad, but I cannot get them on my MacBook. This is really frustrating! I need to edit the audio and use it on my laptop. On all devices, voice memos is turned on for backups, and my iPad is syncing correctly. However, I cannot see any of my memos on my MacBook.
Any suggestions?

Yes, all the settings are correct on both MacBook Pro and iPhone. The fact that my iPad sync’s fine with iPhone also demonstrates this. However, the only way to get the memo’s on my MacBook Pro is to physically connect the iPhone, using a USB - Lightning cable and sync with iTunes, which is a real pain and should not be necessary.
The problem isn't with iTunes, it's with iCloud - it's syncing iPhone & iPad but not iPhone to MacBook Pro...
The only way to get around the problem is to connect iPhone to MacBook Pro and use iTunes, which works.
