How do I remove permanently the Quick Action button in the Finder column view

I know that if I choose View>Show Preview Options and then unclick Show Quick Actions, the quick action button will be removed. But I would like this setting to be the default on every Finder window I open.

On a side note: I have issues when the folder chosen only has video/movie media. The Show Quick Action check box is at the bottom of the menu and the Movie Menu has so many options that the Show Quick Action check box is far below the screen of my Macbook pro and unreachable (for me). Is there a way to scroll down? Any help would be appreciated.

You could do View > Hide Preview if you wish.
