File sharing

How do I share files from my iPhone to my PC now that File Sharing has been removed from iTunes? I have a business card database on ABBYY that I want to be able to copy into Excel.

The File Sharing mechanism has not been removed from iTunes. See Use iTunes to share files between your computer and your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
