In game issues with payment

I’ve been trying to purchase something in a gaming app, I have sufficient funds on my Apple ID to pay but it keeps telling me Payment failed and that I need to contact Apple Support for assistance. Please help. Thank you!

If you haven't already done so do as instructed and contact iTunes Support (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
