Once the diagnostics are complete, the staff will explain your options.

Try rebooting your iPad: Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time (keep holding past the swipe to shut down) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go.

If that doesn't solve this, I'm out of suggestions and would recommend a visit to your Apple Store Genius Bar.
