I want to change the country in my apple ID, but I still have balance in my credit from redeeming an apple balance card, and in order to change the country I need to get rid off the balance, how to make it 0 balance?
Contact iTunes Support and ask them to remove the balance from the account : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you now live ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
