iTunes charge

i keep getting monthly charges for iTunes. Yet when I open iTunes it’s like I don’t have it. It’s making me chose a plan again. Why I’m I still getting charged then if I can’t even use iTunes

You've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you have linked to the card ( See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support ) and the subscription sections (View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support) ? Does it show ?
