icloud lockout

my phone was stolen so I want to lock out my icloud on that phone through iTunes. I don't have this phone on "find my iPhone"

If you didn't have Find iPhone enabled on it you cannot try and locate it, nor remotely wipe it. I assume you've contacted the police and the carrier.
