I normally leave my devices connected to the iMAC all the time when not used outside of the house. Is that wrong? Should I unplug to discharge and connect frequently/some time? What is the best scenario in order to keep a healthy battery?

Thank you for the link that provided so much useful information. One, very useful, bit of information illustrated that what I was doing was wrong. I left my device connected to the iMAC all the time. I did not know that it drained the battery.
