virus ?!

I had a pop up saying I have 13 viruses on my iPhone XR and now I’m scared because I don’t want to lose anything but I don’t know what to do ?!

Such popup messages are scams. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.

Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Change your password and then backup.

Multiple backups are a good thing.

The only time you have to worry about virus is when you have jail broken your iPhone.
