The AppStore keeps asking me to put in my password to get into my billing information and when I do the password I do it over and over and nothing will download. Even if it’s free it will ask for it. It will do it I need to update an app. So why is the AppStore asking for the billing information. Please help me fix it. Yes I’ve already reset my phone

I’ve done that also and it still asks for it. Like I said I reset the entire phone so nothing was saved no payment and it still asked for it.
