How can I make Siri understand two languages?

I'm joining the question,

The thing is I speak 3 languages - and I use all of them frequently. English, Spanish, Hebrew.

I need a way for Siri to be able to understand when I try to call a contact with an Hebrew name saved in hebrew in my contact list and to play an English song or write a message in Spanish.

Google assistant can do it, I don't see why Siri wouldn't

No it cannot be set for two languages at the same time. But Siri can understand many languages.

You can change the language for Siri multiple times using

Settings > Siri & Search > Language [Select the Language listed here]
