I have archival .mov files I want to use in a Premiere Pro project now that are not opening. what can I best convert them to and how?

Premiere Pro should support a wide variety of media formats. Supported file formats - Adobe Premiere Pro User Guide - Adobe Support


Please share the media report on such a file from Invisor Lite (or similar).
