Verification required loop OMG!!!!!

Long story short: I cannot download even free apps from app store.


Long story: I had 2 app purchases ( any time cancel type) which had monthly subscriptions. And I have cancelled those subscriptions from app store itself & removed my payment card from itunes. I still use these apps since I can use the subscription till next month expiry. So , now when I try to download any free apps, it is showing ' Verification required' then when I click it will show my address -click ok, then back to App store, this loops continues.


I never had this issue before when ever I try trial versions of any apps.

  1. restarted App store
  2. restarted phone itself
  3. changed password
  4. logged out and logged in again

all of these so far.......


By looking all over the web , some forum suggested to look payment history and I found both of my subscriptions under a section named ‘pending’ and it is showing some amount. So it may look like app store did not process the payment when I had my card in file when I purchased??? so this is a bug??
