How to transfer a specific album from photos on MAC to IPAD when ICloud is not turned on????

Read this link: Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using iTunes on your computer - Apple Support


Please Note: Once you've synced the photos you want to your iPad, you will not be able to delete them direction on iPad. You will have to reverse the sync process using iTunes if you want to remove them in the future.
