We can't diagnose that issue remotely. See this support guide:--> If the camera on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working - Apple Support

If you get no help, have your X inspected at an Apple Store or AASP:--> Apple – Location Selector

After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
