Hi, I’ve just purchased an iPhone XS folio case for my iPhone X & the auto wake & sleep doesn’t work. Is this due to an incompatibility with the case & the phone?
The setting to wake/sleep the scree is active.

It’s disappointing especially as I asked for a folio case for a iPhone X not an Xs & was shown this as being compatible, nothing was mentioned about the features not working with my phone.
