Verify that the subscription is still active.
Verify that you are signed in with the Account in iTunes (menu Account).
Verify the iTunes Preferences has Show Apple Music Features and iCloud Music Library turned on.
If needed, switch iCloud Music Library off, then turn it back on.
If needed, sign out of the account, then sign back in.
