My songs won’t download from iCloud backup of old phone onto new phone.
Only online purchased songs came thru.

The downloaded music files of tracks from an Apple Music subscription can’t be transferred between devices. They have to be downloaded onto each device from the internet. The iCloud Music Library (the listing) should be available on all your devices with that Apple ID.
