Email Preview Panel is empty

Hiya

I'm running High Sierra and when using mail, I have the mailboxes, then list of emails, and then the preview panel. On some older emails, I can see the senders name and first couple lines of the email, but nothing shows in the preview panel, and even if I open it, there is no content.

I've tried deleting the email cache.db and a few other youtube suggestions, but nothing is working.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks

Jamie

Jamie, are all your accounts IMAP & no POP accounts?

Try this 1st...

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
