i have iphone 6s and my phone is disabled and i need my photos how can i get it..?

Once disabled, your only means of resetting it is to erase the device in iTunes. No way around that. If you have things backed up, you can restore them afterwards. If you don’t have things backed up now, you cannot complete a backup or access data now, and the restore will delete your device.
