If I turn off Apple Music in my settings would I lose all my music including the ones I’ve bought on iTunes or just the ones I’ve downloaded off of Apple Music?

The music you bought on iTunes is yours and it’s not tied to Apple Music subscription. If you deactivate Apple Music, your owned songs will remain yours.
