So how does this happen? It seems like at every next step the iPad falls short or has limited functionality. I just want to make prints from my photo album on my iPad, but yet it doesn’t work or rather one cannot.
I tried a few website, but you are offered this crappy small window to select photos or the order unusable. What is the way to get quality prints with ease?

I am having a difficult time understanding what exactly you are wanting. Apple no longer has a photo print service so you will need to use a 3rd party service. You could also print your photos at home using a printer. When uploading photos to a 3rd party service you can either use their application (if available) or by using their website. When uploading photos through Safari to their website iPad will display a window in which you can select your photos. If this is the window you say is “small” then I suggest creating an album in Photos with all of the photos you wish to have prints made. This way when you go to upload photos you can navigate to the newly created album which will let you select all of the photos you wish to have prints made.
