Apple Books can't access your library

Message: "Make sure the disk containing your library is connected, then click Try Again. Library Location: (null) You can also reset your library, then sign into view and re-download your purchased books."

But reset button does nothing.

Solved it!

System Preferences -> iCloud -> iCloud Drive -> Options -> Books.App - deselect

Restart Mac

System Preferences -> iCloud -> iCloud Drive -> Options -> Books.App - select

Then Books opens OK and syncs with Books on iPad and iPhone
