Pay for an app

I paid for a subscription using iTunes and I am unable to access any information on app. Payment was taken out my account but I can’t use it. I contacted the app but they have no proof of my payment said I need to contact Apple

Was the subscription payment successful, does it show as paid on the iTunes account's purchase history ? If it does, have you done as instructed and contacted iTunes Support ? If not you should do so : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
