Hi i was wondering why I got charged for iTunes when I don’t even use iTunes.

iTunes is free. It always has been. It's an application.
Do you mean Apple Music service? (It helps to use the correct terms when asking a question here.)
Where do you see this charge? If in an email, are you sure it is real and not phishing?
Have you checked your subscriptions. Apple makes it very easy to sign up and you may have done so unintentionally.
