Keyboard not popping up phone is completely useless

Hi all,

A few days ago I went to text someone and my keyboard wouldn't pop up, sometimes it does that when its low charge since a screen replacement, so it has not worked for 4 days now and it is frustrating, It's not just messages it's every keyboard option in the iphone so I can't even download a keyboard app as it needs my password and touch id is not working.

I have tried all the settings options possible that don't need a password, I have reset to factory settings and still no keyboard

Has anyone else had this issue? I'm looking for advice on what to do next :)
