How do I seperate my daughter's account from mine

My daughter has an Apple ID through family sharing and is currently using my account for purchases. However, she is now old enough (15) to have her own account but i don't want her to lose purchases she has already made .

Is there anyway to do this? She has her own iPhone that uses her existing Apple ID so she will also need to keep all this data / apps etc stored in the iCloud.

Thanks

Purchases she makes are already charged to your payment method through Family Sharing. So no need to add a payment method to her account.

As long as she's part of Family Sharing, she will only be able to use the payment method on the Family Organizers account, but not any payment method on hers directly outside of iTunes Gift cards.

Why do you want to add a payment method to her account? What are you looking to accomplish?

If you just want her to be able to buy things directly without having to ask for your approval, then simply turn off "Ask to buy".

Request and make purchases with Ask to Buy - Apple Support

Make sure the Apple ID logged in to Settings->iTunes & App Store on her iPhone is her own, and not yours.

Then she'll be able to make purchases without needing your approval, but they will still be charged to you / the family organizer account.

If you want her to have her own payment method, then she would need be removed from Family Sharing.

How exactly are you using Family Share at the moment ? With Family Share each person should have one be using their own account (Family Share lets you create accounts for children e.g. under-13s).

If you're not using Family Share properly you could do so and she can start using her own account, and continue to share the existing account's purchases : Family Sharing - Apple Support and Share App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books purchases with Family Sharing - Apple Support and Request and make purchases with Ask to Buy - Apple Support

Your question is a bit confusing.

How is she using your account for purchases exactly?

If using family sharing, purchases are charged to the Family Organizer, but belong to the Apple Id that initiates the purchase. Assuming her Apple Id is logged in for iTunes & App Store on her iPhone then the purchases she made already belong to her.

If your Apple ID is logged in to iTunes & App Store on her phone, then Family sharing is being entirely bypassed, as your account already has access to its own purchases regardless of device and Family Sharing is not used. In that case all Apps belong to your Apple ID.

If she already has an Apple ID then she already has her own account. The Apple ID is her account.

How exactly are things set up then?

If Family Sharing is correctly used, then she would already have her own account, and her purchases belong to her account / Apple ID, and there should be nothing that needs to be done.
