Apple TV 2nd Gen keeps saying wrong ID or password when signing in to iTunes store, despite it being the correct ID and password. I know, I know, but really they are correct. Any one had this issue ?

Wow thanks a bundle you are right, there is a time limit to inputing the verification code. I did exactly what you said and it worked.
