Subscription

After canceling a subscription the money was still removed. Can I receive a refund ?

Did you delete that app? Have you followed all the steps provided in this support guide?--> View, change, or cancel your subscriptions

If you're eligible, you can try and ask for a refund:--> Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase – Apple Support

If you still get no help, contact iTunes Store support and explain your problem, filling out and sending them this form:--> iTunes Store – Contact Us – Apple Support
