I see my calendar on icloud but can't get it to restore to my phone

The iCloud calendars doesn’t restore then sync.

The issue is probably multiple calendars, make sure you have all your calendars are turned on. ICloud can have several itself. Other calendars like Gmail require additional security to turn on to sync.
