If you delete the photo in an album, you will be warned that deleting it will delete it everywhere the photo is. Because a photo is in an album, doesn't mean you are storing multiple copies of the photo. An album is just a pointer to the photo, which is still in your all photos album.
If you want to delete it everywhere, just choose edit then trash.
If you don't want it in the album, but you don't want to delete the photo, tap edit, then move and move the photo where you want it.
