Trying to reinstall OS X El Capitan on Macbook Pro late 2009.

Hello, I'm in need of some help.

I'm giving away my Macbook Pro late 2009 to someone else and I wanted to install it over completely new. I wanted to clean my laptop of any data. I went to the Utilities using (command+R) and erased all my data from Macintosh using Disk Utility. Then I clicked on Reinstall OS X, it takes me to the window telling me to install OS X El Capitan. The problem is that it's asking for an Apple ID at the installation window and I don't want to use my Apple ID because I'm worried it'll cause a problem for the new user in the future. I'm worried It'll ask for my ID every time they have to update or install anything new on this mac.

I've also made a new random account just a few hours ago hoping to use that when it asks for an Apple ID but it just tells me that 'this item is temporarily unavailable' but it's installing when I use my original ID, I've tried changing the date through the terminal, hoping maybe that was causing this problem. I don't have a disk. I can't use the Internet Recovery method because I think I have an older model and I can't use the Internet Recovery on this model and when I try it just takes me back to the main Utility window. I can't really do the USB install either since I find it a little too complicated to do by myself.

Like I mentioned, I don't want to use my original Apple ID because it has all of my details and also because I don't want to cause problems for the user in the future. Also, my internet is super slow and the installing process is taking 50+ hours which is just beyond crazy.

Is there any other thing I can do? Anything will help.
