how can i change my apple ID password if I no longer have an Apple device?

I no longer have an apple device but I have received phishing emails that make me wonder if the Apple ID was compromised. I want to change the password for but can't seem to be able to do so unless I do it from an apple device. How does one go about it?

Go to https://appleid.apple.com/ to manage your ID from a browser on a PC or a smartphone.

Thank you. It was what I'd hoped but wasn't sure, especially as the device is no longer viable. I didn't click on anything in that email and changed my password, but had trouble getting on my Apple ID, which made me worried. I'd managed to do so since, and changed my password (there were no noted recent transactions on my account). I think I'm good. Thank you for taking the time to respond and clarify.
