Adobe on iPad?

No. There is no full Adobe Illustrator version for iPad, either Pro or regular.

Adobe Illustrator is a computer application at this time only.

There is an iOS app called Adobe Illustrator Draw for iOS iPad, but it is not the same as the computer version of Adobe Illustrator.
