Find My Phone is disabled when you successfully sign out of iCloud on the device Find My Phone was enabled on.

I have no idea what that means.
So does that mean I will not be able to find my phone if lost or my ID & password will no longer be required for someone to erase, reactivate or use my iPhone?
Are you saying your phone is lost and you don't believe Find My Phone is enabled?
If FMIP is not enabled, than you haven no way of tracking it and best, the holder of the phone can erase it and activate for their own use.

No, I have my phone, just don't understand why it was disabled?
I believe I just went into setting and put find my phone back on.
Should I put iCloud Backup on (it's show off in settings)?
I was just trying to buy additional storage from 5 to 50 for 99 cents per month.
