I have made a yearly subscription to a game, and it set itself - without allowing me the option to do otherwise -to automatic renewal. I want to keep the subscription, but cancel the automatic renewal. I can find no option for this anywhere (and I resent the waste of time this has already taken, Apple.)
I will appreciate any suggestions how to do this. Thank you.

It really depends on the app developers and what they allow.
Cancel the auto renewal will typically only end the subscription once the time you have paid for runs out.

Just cancel the subscription. It should stay active due to the expiration date.
