Cant download apps!

I have recently been given an iPad for work. I've set up my apple ID and it's connected to both my app store and signed in on my iPad however I cannot seem to download/update any apps. Everytime I try to I fill in all my information just to get a notification saying that I have to contact iTunes support. Someone please help.

If you haven't already done so do as instructed and contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
