I received 1-800-275-2273 said my I cloud got hacked. Is this number belong to Apple support?

It is a scam. Apple doesn't make unsolicited phone calls. If there was an issue with your account you would be notified when you attempt to login. Also, the numbers shown for most scam calls are spoofed and rarely are the number originating the call.
