I cannot receive emails in my Microsoft Outlook on my old MAC. This is a new problem because I was able to send and receive until last week. I use O365 Outlook version. I can send, but not receive.

I cannot receive emails in my Microsoft Outlook on my old MAC. This is a new problem because I was able to send and receive until last week. I use O365 Outlook version. I can send, but not receive.

I have reviewed the incoming server settings with our provider to confirm that they're correct. Still not working.
