when I make a Group FaceTime call I see their faces but I’m a blank square? How do I fix this?

You don't need to factory reset.
Can you take a selfie with your camera? When you initiated this call were you on your home WiFi or someplace else?
Try a forced restart: Press the volume up button and release it then immediately press the volume down button and release it, then hold the side button until you see the Apple logo and release the button.
Follow the steps I included in the other post. It will not remove anything from your iPhone.
Which iPhone do you have? Are they seeing you?
Have you tried to factory reset your phone ?
Iphone XR and no they don’t see me. I am trying to do a call with 2 others and they can’t see me and all I see is a box with my initials.
No I would rather not do that
