Apple Music Won't Load

I'm having the same issue for the past two or three weeks. I've checked this support site and found nothing that seems to correct the problem. I also searched around on the internet and found others with the same issue going back a couple of years. I can find nothing official from Apple. What's going on with this company. It use to be so good at addressing issue but it seems as if they don't even care anymore. Love the people in the community as they seem to knock themselves out trying to help but this company support is too hard to reach directly and they seem to not monitor the community chat at all. Otherwise this long standing issue would have been solved. I'm super disappointed in Apple. Hoping to get some kind of help as well sooner rather than later.
