Order lost to nowhere

I ordered an iPhone 11. I was urgently requested to call someone, but he sent me an invalid phone number via email. I tried to connect to my account to check the order, the store sent me an email to verify the address, I entered the verification code and it finished with "email address not available". If it wasn't available then Apple wouldn't be able to send me so many emails. I didn't imagine that the order would be painful and complex, please cancel my order W557940592. I see no other way than a public forum to request it.

We are users like you and can't cancel your order. If you ordered the phone from Apple, go to apple.com, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Order Status. See if you can cancel it there. There is also a link for Shopping Help if you need help.

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.


If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.
