You have only three options:

Try to remember that passcode;
Cohabit with the restrictions you or someone else set up;
Restore your iphone to factory settings (without restoring data from a previously made backup, since that passcode will come back):--> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
