I have an iPhone 7 it was shipped from south Korea but it has icloud lock and i don't know how to reach the previous owner

Then there is nothing whatever you can do to unlock it. Only the person who set the lock can unlock it. Apple cannot unlock it nor find the previous owner. If possible you should return it to wherever you bought it from and demand a refund as they have sold you a completely useless device.

Unlock Activation Lock by entering the ID and password used to lock it.
I have an iPhone 7 but it's icloud lock... It was shipped for me from south Korea and I don't know how to contact the previous owner
