Screen came loose

my screen on my Apple Watch series 3 (38 mm) came loose without me dropping or hitting it against anything... is this a known problem?

If you have an Aluminum Series 3 it might be covered under this program.........https://support.apple.com/screen-replacement-program-apple-watch-series-2-3
