Can't sync calendars XR to outlook on pc

I'm having problems with syncing my calendar from my XR to my desktop MS Outlook on my PC. This is a new problem. I can enter an event on my Iphone but it does not appear on my Outlook calendar.

Oddly enough, when we sync our 2d XR, the event shows up on the 2d XR but it is still not on the Outlook calendar. As I mentioned, this is something completely new. It also only seems to happen with one of the XR's and not the other.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I understand that when you enter an event into the Calendar app on your iPhone XR, it does not appear on your Outlook calendar on your PC. I'd be happy to provide information that may help you out.


Make sure you're adding the event to the Outlook calendar and not a different one: Get help using iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders

"Set an iCloud calendar as the default calendar:

  1. Tap Settings > Calendar.
  2. Tap Default Calendar. 
  3. Tap a calendar under iCloud to make it your default."


Here, you will instead select Outlook.

You can then test to see if events appear on your PC.
