recover WhatsApp chat

I'm trying to recover a chat WhatsApp but in Chat Backup it says Last Backup: Never

Auto Backup tab is off and also says iPhone hasn't been backed up in 190 weeks

What can I do

Then there is nowhere to recover anything from. You would need a backup of the chat to restore the chat. Without the backup, there is no recovery.
